This is a plain informational site with no accounts, no logins and no personalisation, so there is very little to collect. No analytics tool, advertising pixel or tracking script of ours runs on these pages. The one record that does exist is the usual web-server log — IP address, time, page requested, and the browser and device string sent by your software. Those logs are not used to profile you, and personal information is not sold.
These pages are written for a Canada audience. Where our processing falls within their scope, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply. We do not claim that every regime applies to every visitor — that depends on where we operate and who we target, not simply on where you happen to be sitting.
An outbound link to an operator may include a referral marker, which is how a visit gets credited to us. We do not learn your name from it, but referral markers, click identifiers, IP addresses and similar technical data can still count as personal information under data-protection law, so we would rather say so plainly than claim otherwise.
That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. If you email us at one of the addresses on the Contact page, we hold your message and address for as long as it takes to deal with what you raised. No mailing list, no newsletter, nothing follows from it.
None of the cookies on this site are ours: we set no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Our security and content-delivery provider may set essential cookies needed to filter malicious traffic and keep the site available. They are technical rather than commercial, and nothing here becomes unreadable if you block cookies.
